Requirements and Skills

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
Time-management skills. Familiarity with SEO.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
Test graphics across various media.
Amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements and Skills

Proven graphic designing experience.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

RF Engineer

Responsibilities

Perform RF design activities related to building the first standalone 5G broadband network in the US. Optimize the end-to-end RF design, propagation modeling and prediction, for deployment of Macro Cell deployment. Determine equipment and power configurations. Work with eNB/RAN and UE teams on RF solutions including modifications to RF link budgets on a per site level basis to meet operations requirements. Perform site candidate evaluation and selection as well as site walks. Work with RF Management to establish design criteria, link budget and traffic analysis as needed for network design and update existing performance parameters for ongoing improvements as required.

Requirements

Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.

LTE RF Design

4G or 5G and NR. Macro and small cell nominal and final RF designs including development, operations, RF KPIs, and maintenance of RF link budgets for 3GPP technologies. Setting up, calibration, utilization and data processing of various LTE design and optimization equipment and software. Industry propagation/planning tools Planet and Atoll and experience with model calibrations. Drive test data post-processing, map generation, frequency planning and interference matrix analysis and site database maintenance, using Windcatcher or Actix or Accuver.

Java Developer

Job brief

As a Java Developer, you will work closely with our experienced Product team, to design, develop, deliver and maintain our Java-based applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team to understand and define system requirements. Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed. Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues as they arise. Stay current with energy industry trends and advancements in Java development . Your work hours will overlap with head office to develop work relationships, for mentorship from senior staff and to learn company processes (minimum 6 months)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. (or something similar or equivalent) Be able to work independently and with non-comprehensive designs as needed. Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. Should be able to work in a shared code environment, as well as strong understanding of Git workflows. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must show initiative by offering ideas to help improve the department. Ability to learn and master new technology and committed to continuously learning. Learning on the Fly: Be ready and willing to jump in to learn new aspects of existing systems and new systems, as well as new frameworks and technologies. Nice to have

Swing UI, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.). Knowledge of containerization concepts and technology. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. .Net Developer

Responsibilities

Implement and design platforms using .NET coding languages Revise, refactor, update, and debug code Build programs for .NET software applications.
